The Opinion Of Teachers Leadership Of Administers That Affecting The Academic Administration Under The Secondary Education Service Area Office 5

Abstract
The purposes of this study were to study the level of leadership of school administrators in secondary schools in Chainat province under the secondary education service area office 5 in academic administration of administrators to study the relationship between leadership of school administrators and academic administration of secondary school administrators and to create predictive equations of school administrators' leadership towards academic administration of secondary school administrators in Chainat. The data in this research were 217 teachers. The research instrument in this research is the 5 levels evaluation questionnaires with the confidence value of .964.
The research results were found that the leadership level of school administrators affecting academic administration is at a high level, perceived by secondary school teachers, the level of academic administration is at a high level as perceived by secondary school teachers, the relationship between leadership of school administrators and academic administration is at a high level , every administrator's leadership has a positive relationship with academic administration of secondary school administrators with the significant difference at the statistical level of .01. It was found that every factor is the best forecasting variables and shown respectively: supportive leadership power leadership participatory leadership (X3) and leadership style focusing on job success . There is a cumulative multiple correlation coefficient of .955 and able to predict academic administration of secondary school administrators in Chainat province under the secondary education service area office 5, with 91.20 percent, statistical significance at the level of .01. The predictive equation as follows.
