The Development in Community Based-tourism to the suitable with the Behavior and Need of the Tourism in Noppitham, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province

Abstract
This present study aimed to study the behavior of need and the way of the development in tourism in Nopphitam, Nakhon Si Thammarat province,Thailand. A mixed-method with both the qualitative and the quantitative of data collection were used in this study. Sample group was tourists who come in Nopphitam community. The qualitative approach was an in-depth interview with the tourist, while the quantitative data was obtained through the distribution of a set questionnaire to tourists. A non-probability sampling method; convenience purposive methods, was applied to obtain the 434 participants in community-based tourism in Nakhon Si Thammarat province.
The results showed the tourists were graduated young single women who is 15 to 34 years old. Their salary is 5,001-10,000baht per month. The purpose of the tourists was to travel or relax with their family, the sightseeing is the favorite of their activities. The tourist costs were 612.72 baht, perceived the tourist information through facebook. They love to travel on a special holiday especially, in January to March by their own car. Most of the tourists would come again the next time and they were satisfied in a beautiful place. In addition, the tourist needs in the first three most tourist sites were service mind, facilities and foods and beverage while the special activities were the least. Moreover, the way of the development in the community-based tourism were both emphasized in human resources development in service and the facilities were completed.
