The Development of e-Learning by Using Team Assisted Individualization on Work and Energy for Students in Mattayomsuksa 3

Abstract
The objectives of this research were: 1) to develop of e-Learning by Using Team Assisted Individualization on Work and Energy for students in Mattayomsuksa 3 with good quality and efficiency according to 80/ 80 criteria, 2) to compare student’s pre-Test and post-Test score after learning from e-Learning by Using Team Assisted Individualization on Work and Energy for students in Mattayomsuksa 3, 3) to study student’s satisfaction after learning of e-Learning by Using Team Assisted Individualization on Work and Energy for students in Mattayomsuksa 3. The research sample of were 32 students in Pracharatbumphen School, semester 2 of the academic year 2019 by Cluster Random Sampling. The research instruments were e-Learning, an achievement test, and satisfaction questionnaires. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test dependent.
The results of this research revealed that: 1) the quality evaluation of students in Mattayomsuksa 3, after learning through of e-Learning by Using Team Assisted Individualization on Work and Energy, showed at highest level and the efficiency was 83.67/81.78 complies with 80 accounting standard, 2) the achievement score after learning through of e-Learning by Using Team Assisted Individualization on Work and Energy was significantly higher than pre-test at .01 level, and 3) the student’s satisfaction on using e-Learning by Using Team Assisted Individualization on Work and Energy was highest level
