Abstract

The research aims to study (1) the role of administrators of school administration, (2) collaborative promotion of teachers and, (3) the relationship’s role of school administrators in the 21st century in promoting teacher cooperation under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 12. The sample of this study is school administrators and 357 teachers under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 12. The tool of this study is the questionnaire. The collected data is analyzed by Percentage, Average, Standard Deviation, and Pearson Correlation Coefficient.


The results of the study show that the overall role of the school administrators in the 21st century under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 12 is at high level in the following order; The Effective Communication, The Vision, The Development of Learning Achievement, The Effective Learning Management, The Leadership and The Development of Personnel’s Potentiality and Technology. The collaborative promotion of teachers under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 12 is also at high level in the following order; The Righteousness Enhancement, The Trust Enhancement, The Leadership Enhancement, The Planning, The Basic Agreement Creation and The Management of Conflict. The role of the school administrators in the 21st century on the collaborative promotion of teachers is a statistically significant correlation at the .05 level.
