THE SUPERLEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER RAYONG PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract
ABSTRACT
This survey research aimed to study and compare the superleadership of school administrators under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The study sample consisted of 269 teachers who worked in schools under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in academic year 2020 classified by educational background, academic standing, and school size. The instrument was a 42- item, 5-scale rating questionnaire querying about the superleadership of school administrators with the reliability at 0.997. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-way Analysis of Variance.
The results showed that:
- The teachers' opinions on the superleadership of the school administrators under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. In the overall and each dimension were at the high level. Considering each dimension of the opinion, 1) model self-leadership; 2) create positive thought patterns; 3) encourage self-set goals; 4) promote self-leadership through teamwork; 5) facilitate self-leadership culture; 6) become a self-leader; and 7) facilitate self-leadership through reward and constructive reprimand.
- Comparisons of teachers' opinions on superleadership of school administrators under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by level of education, academic standing, and school size. The results can be summarized as follows.
2.1 Teachers with different levels of education, and academic standing opinions on the superleadership of the school administrators under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 found that were not different.
2.2 Teachers in different school sizes opinions on the superleadership of the school administrators under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, overall and in each aspect were a statistically significantly different at .05
