The Administration of Mainstay Schools on Inclusive Education under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 12

Abstract

     This research aims to 1) study the administration 2) compare the administration and 3) study the administration development for mainstay schools on inclusive education under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 12. The sample group in this research was 148 administrators and teachers. The research device was questionnaires. Statistical methods for data analysis were frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, and t-test.
     The research found that 1) the administration of mainstay schools overall and in each aspect were both at high level. 2) result of the comparison of the administration of mainstay schools overall and in each aspect was indifferent. It was classified by duty positions, education, duty experiences and special education knowledge experiences, and 3) the result of study of the administration development of mainstay schools found that student should be prepared for all students on physical, academic, emotional and social sides. The environmental side should be set suitably for learning. The teaching and learning side should be managed teaching and learning both in and beyond the classroom. On the material side should be provided materials enough for students and should have supervision to bring the evaluation results to improve and develop further
