การบริหารงานโรงเรียนแกนนำจัดการเรียนร่วม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 12

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการบริหารงาน 2) เปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานและ 3) ศึกษาแนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารงานโรงเรียนแกนนำจัดการเรียนร่วม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 12 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน จำนวน 148 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบริหารงานโรงเรียนแกนนำจัดการเรียนร่วม โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานโรงเรียนแกนนำจัดการเรียนร่วม โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน จำแนกตามหน้าที่ในการปฏิบัติงานจัดการเรียนร่วม วุฒิทางการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และประสบการณ์ความรู้ด้านการศึกษาพิเศษ และ 3) ผลการศึกษาแนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารงานโรงเรียนแกนนำจัดการเรียนร่วม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 12 พบว่า ด้านนักเรียน ควรเตรียมความพร้อมให้กับนักเรียนที่มีความต้องการพิเศษและนักเรียนปกติที่เรียนร่วมทั้งด้านร่างกาย วิชาการ อารมณ์ และสังคม ด้านสภาพแวดล้อม ควรจัดสภาพแวดล้อม ให้มีความเหมาะสมและเอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ ด้านกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ควรจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนทั้งภายในและภายนอกห้องเรียน และด้านเครื่องมือ ควรจัดหาเครื่องมือ สื่อ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกให้ครบถ้วนและเพียงพอต่อนักเรียน และควรมีการนิเทศติดตามเพื่อนำผลการประเมินมาปรับปรุงและพัฒนาต่อไป
