Leadership of School Administrator According to Viewpoint of Teachers under The Office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area 3

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to 1) study the school administrators’ leadership according to viewpoints of teachers 2) compare the school administrators’ leadership qualities varied by gender, age, professional experience and school size in the viewpoints of teachers and 3) explore the problems and suggestions about the school administrators’ leadership. A stratified random sampling was selected. The samples were 310 primary school teachers under the office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area 3 in the Academic Year 2019. The research instrument was a survey questionnaire comprising three parts. The first part required the respondents’ personal information. The second part had 48 questions in a questionnaire of five-rating scale concerning the school administrators’ leadership in viewpoint of teachers. The third part was the open-ended question about problems and suggestions. The reliability value of the questionnaire was .98. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, F-test, and Fisher's least significant difference (LSD) test.
The results were as follows: 1) The school administrators’ leadership according to viewpoint of teachers both in the overall picture and in all individual aspects were at high levels. 2) In the perception of teachers, the school administrators’ leadership qualities were varied by gender, age and professional experience, but not by school size. 3) Problems and suggestions found that there were problems in every aspect. Each side had different problems and suggestions.
