Professional ethics of school administrators on perceived by teachers under the of the Trang Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract
This research aimed to 1) study the practice of professional ethics of school administrators. according to the viewpoint of the teachers 2) to compare the professional ethics of the school administrators according to the teacher's perspective, according to the variables, gender, age, educational level Teacher's academic position and work experience of teachers. The sample consisted of 317 teachers under the Trang Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, Academic Year 1, 2019 by stratified random sampling. The tool used to collect data in the research is a questionnaire which is divided into 2 parts. Part 1 was a questionnaire about general information of the respondents. It was a survey form and part 2 was a questionnaire with questions about the professional ethics practice of executives. It was a 5-level Likert rating scale with a coefficient of confidence equal to .90. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation. One-way ANOVA and the Fisher's Least Significant Difference (LSD) test.
The results of the research found that 1) professional ethics of school administrators according to the point of view of the teacher overall and in all aspects. They were at a very good level. 2) Teachers with different gender, age, educational background and academic standing. All have a view to the practice of professional ethics of school administrators. The overall picture is no different. Considering various factors, it was found that most of them were not different but differed in 3 sub issues. 1) Teachers with more than 10 years of experience have a view of their own ethics. higher than teachers with 5-10 years of experience with a statistical significance of .05 2) Teachers with 5-10 years of experience had a view of their own ethics higher statistical significance of .05 than teachers with more than 10 years of experience. 3) Female teachers had views on social ethics. significantly higher
