The 21st Century Skills of School Administrators in Private School Teachers under The Krabi Provincial Education Office

Abstract

     The purposes of this research were to 1) study the 21st century skills of school administrators in the viewpoints of private school teachers, 2) compare the 21st century skills of school administrators in the viewpoints of private school teachers, and 3) explore problems and suggestions about the 21st century skills of school administrators in the viewpoints of private school teachers under the Krabi Provincial Office. The samples were 285 private school teachers under the Krabi Provincial Education Office in the Academic Year 2019. They were selected through a stratified random sampling. In addition, Krejcie and Morgan’s sample size determination table were used. The tool used was a 5-level Likert Rating Scale with a confidence coefficient of .969. The data were analyzed by statistics, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and one-way variance analysis.
     The results were as follows: 1) The 21st century skill of school administrators in the viewpoints of            private school teachers was at a high level overall. Each aspect that was considered it was found that there was a high level of practice in all. The average score is human relations skills. The second is communication skills, analytical and creative thinking skills, technical skills, administrative skills, digital and Technology skills and conceptual skills. 2) Comparison of school administration skills in the 21st century of private school administrators classified by gender, educational level work experience and the size of the school Overall and each aspect is no different.3) Problems and suggestions on the skills of school administrators in the 21st century, as viewed by private school teachers, there are differences in each skill that executives implement.
