Abstract

The aims of this study were to: 1) develop an online  active learning approach using the Nearpod website for Mathayomsuksa 3 students to be effective according to the 80/80 criteria, 2) compare the learning achievement in technology (computational science) between pretest and posttest score with online learning materials using Nearpod website, 3) assess the students’ satisfaction with online learning materials using Nearpod website. The samples used in this research were Mathayomsuksa 3 students in the first semester of the academic year 2020 at Tha Sala Prasit Suksa School Nakhon Si Thammarat province. The 39 students were obtained by simple random method. The instruments used in this research were the online active learning with Nearpod website, the multiple-choice test of technology (computational science) about 10 items, and the satisfaction questionnaire on the use of online active learning using the Nearpod website for Mathayomsuksa 3 students. The statistics used in the data analysis were mean, standard deviation, percentage and t-test. The results of this study were as follows: 1) the experimental use of online instructional media using active learning with Nearpod website. The process average score (E1) was 83.21 and the result average scire (E2) was 82.05, with efficiency of 83.21/82.05. The efficiency was higher than the 80/80 threshold, 2) the result of the learning-achievement using online instructional media with Nearpod website was higher than pre-test score at .01 level 3) the student’s satisfaction to learn online learning was at the higher level.
