The Development of Learning Model for Creative Writing on Online Media for Undergraduate Students

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) study the basic information and the need for learning model development, 2) develop learning styles 3) experimental learning model 4) evaluate learning model. The sample group consisted of 50 undergraduate students in the first semester of the academic year 2021, which were obtained by Cluster random sampling. The research tools were as follows. 1) The interview questionnaire form. 2) The learning models. 3) The estimation form of suitability. 4) The test form of academic achievement. 5) Creative writing ability test on online media. Data were analyzed by content analysis using percentage, mean, and standard deviation statistics. T-test dependent and descriptive presentation.


          The findings were as follows.


  1. The study of the basic information and the need for learning model development revealed that those involved want to manage learning with the following issues: 1) learning that relates to real life 2) taking action and facing challenging problems 3) learn about the law on dissemination of information on online media and 4) measure and evaluate results in accordance with assigned tasks.

  2. The developed learning model has 5 components: principles, objectives, content, learning process, and measurement and evaluation. The learning model was named “REWLAP Model”. The learning model was appropriate at a high level.

  3. The results of the experiment learning model showed the effective value of 83.72/82.61

  4. Assessing learning model 1) The learners' achievement after school was higher than before learning at statistical significance at the .01 level. 2) creative writing ability on online media. Learners score above 80%.
