The Development of Learning Achievement and Teamwork Skills using Cooperative Learning TGT Technique of Social Study Learning area for Grade 8 Students

Abstract
This research aims to 1) compare learning achievement during the TGT technique cooperative learning management with normal learning management, 2) to compare academic achievement after learning by using TGT technique of cooperative learning management with an average score of 70 percent, and 3) study teamwork skills After learning by using the TGT technique of cooperative learning management. The samples were students in grade 8 at Ronphiboonkiat Wasuntharaphiwat School. The sample was selected by simple random sampling. The tools in this research consisted of 1) TGT Technical Cooperative Learning Management Plan, 2) normal learning plan, 3) achievement test 4) observation form for teachers' teamwork skills and 5) self-assessment form of students' teamwork skills. The results revealed that 1) higher than learning management by normal teaching method Statistically significant at the .05 level. 2) post-Learning achievement using TGT-Technical cooperative learning management has an average score 70% higher than the specified criteria, and 3) teamwork skills of the students after school were the highest, talking together. to solve the problem and the learners assessed teamwork skills the highest, namely team members who completed their assignments on time
