Relationship between Transformational Leadership of School Administrators and the Performance following an Internal Quality Assurance System of Opportunity Expansion School under Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

     The purpose of this research was to 1) study the levels of transformational leadership of school administrators, 2) study the levels of the performance following an internal quality assurance system, and 3) study the two relationships mentioned above. There are populations from 40 extended opportunity schools. The sample size was determined using Krejci and Morgan's tables to be 36. The group of informants consisted of 36 educational institution administrators and 36 teachers responsible for internal quality assurance, a total of 72 people. The research instrument was a five-point rating scale questionnaire. Data analysis statistics include mean, Standard Deviation, and the Pearson correlation coefficient.
     Research findings were as follows;
     1.Overall the transformational leadership of school administrators was at a high level.
     2.Overall the performance following an internal quality assurance system was at a high level.
  3.Overall the transformational leadership of school administrators correlated with the performance following an internal quality assurance system at a high level, which showed a positive relationship at the .01 level of statistical significance.
