Development of digital media content to promote community tourism Pak Ro Subdistrict, Singhanakhon District, Songkhla Province

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to 1) develop community tourism promotional digital media content, Pak Ror Sub-district, Singhanakhon District, Songkhla Province; and 2) study the satisfaction of viewers of community tourism promotion digital media content, Pak Ror Sub-district, Singhanakhon District. Songkhla Province. The sample group consisted of 385 users of social media, selected using a convenience sampling method. The research tools included a quality assessment of the digital content media and a satisfaction questionnaire. The statistical analysis methods used for the data included percentages, mean, and standard deviation.
The results of the research showed that 1) the digital content developed to promote community tourism in Pak Ro Subdistrict, Singhanakhon District, Songkhla Province was rated at a good level. The development process involved community participation at every stage, including data collection, studying the unique identity and charm of the community, content design, filming, and editing. The content was primarily designed for online platforms, allowing rapid sharing of engaging information and experiences. 2) Audience satisfaction with the digital content was rated at a high level. The highest-rated aspects included the sequencing of visuals, audio quality, and presentation techniques, respectively. Therefore, digital content can serve as a key tool for promoting community tourism, helping to increase the community’s visibility through presentations on online platforms.
