Abstract

Assessment of satisfaction of service recipients from Nopphitam Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Nopphitam District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, Thailand, the objectives of this study were to 1) study the level of satisfaction of service recipients; 2) study the problems, obstacles and guidelines for service development. The data collection in quantitative study was performed by using a questionnaire as a research tool with the 387 service recipients as a samples group is this study. Then the data were analyzed by using a simple statistical computer program and were reported in the frequency, percentage, mean and the standard deviation. The results were found that
     1.The overall satisfaction level by the receiving services in Nopphitam Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Nopphitam District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province was at the highest level (4.78). For in each item, the service officer was at the highest level (4.87), followed by the facilities was at the highest level (4.82), the service channels was at the highest level (4.76) and the process of service was the lowest average at the highest level (4.68)
     2.The problems, obstacles and guidelines for service development of Nopphitam Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Nopphitam District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province were found that: the problem with the water supply was weak or not flowing, all people were not informed the news because the public relations of SAO's news did not cover all of the area, no parking for people to receive services. The ways to improve the service were providing equal service, promptness, politeness, smile, enthusiasm, friendliness and clear service procedures.
