The Model for Developing a Professional Learning Community that Promotes the Competence of Active Learning of Teachers at Satree Thungsong School.

Abstract
This research aimed to 1) create a professional learning community development model that promotes active learning management competencies of teachers at Satree Thungsong School. 2) examine the development model of professional learning communities that promote the proactive learning management competence of teachers, and 3) measure the effectiveness of the professional learning community development model that promotes active learning management competencies of teachers at Satree Thungsong School. The sample group by purposive sampling consisted of 5 schools with best practices in developing professional learning communities, seven experts, and twenty-five teachers. The research instruments used were in-depth interviews, consistency assessment forms, and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using frequency, IOC, content analysis, means, and standard deviations.
The research results found that the professional learning community development model that promotes active learning management competence for teachers at Satree Thungsong School consisted of 7 main components, 15 sub-components, and 24 processes, with an index of consistency (IOC) of 1.0 and the overall efficiency of the model at the highest level ( = 4.62).
