The model for service providing of tambol health promotion hospital according to buddhist concept

Abstract

     The objectives of this thesis are as follows: 1) to study concepts and theories of service provision of sub-district health-promoting hospitals; 2) to study Dharma principles related to service provision; 3) to integrate dharma principles with service provision of health-promoting hospitals. 4) to present the body of knowledge about “Service Patterns of Tambon Health Promoting Hospitals by Buddhist Dharma” This research was qualitative research by collecting data from documents. in-depth interview and organize a group discussion forum from specialists and experts, 16 persons. The research tools were interview forms and data analysis by descriptive method.
     The findings were as follows Concepts of service provision of sub-district health promoting hospitals found that the practice expressed in terms of convenience, and safety, classified into 7 areas, comprising of equal services. timely service thorough service continuous service, knowingly service Polite service, friendly and compassionate service. 2) Dharma principles related to service, found that Sangkhahavutu, Brahmawihara, Itthibatha, Sappurisdhamma, and the principle of friendship. It is a principle for helping other people living together in society. It is an appropriate principle to be applied in the service 3) Integrating the principles of Dhamma with the services of sub-district health-promotion hospitals from the synthesis of theoretical concepts about service provision, the researcher was able to classify them into 7 aspects, consisting of equality, timeliness, accessibility, continuity, awareness, politeness, friendliness, and kindness, and integrated with the principles of service, namely, Sanghavatthu, Brahmavihara, Itthibatha, the principle of Sappurisadhamma and the principle of Kalyanamitra (friendship). 4) Body of Knowledge about the “service model of the sub-district health promoting hospital by Buddhist Dharma Principles” is called the PRATAPJAI Model. Pitifulness, Responsibility, Ability, Timeline, Adequate, Personality, Justice, Amend, Introduce.
