The Format of the Public Library's Reading Promotion Activities in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province

Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์กิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านของห้องสมุดประชาชนในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช และสร้างรูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านของห้องสมุดประชาชนในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ด้วยวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บข้อมูลภาคสนาม โดยการสัมภาษณ์ จากกลุ่มบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง จำนวน 45 คน และสนทนากลุ่มย่อย พร้อมกับศึกษาเอกสารเกี่ยวกับคู่มือปฏิบัติงานและเอกสารเผยแพร่ทางวิชาการผลการศึกษาพบว่า1. กิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านของห้องสมุดประชาชน ได้ดำเนินกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านดังนี้ 1.1 กิจกรรมที่สนองนโยบายของหน่วยงานต้นสังกัดเช่นสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอนของนักเรียน กศน. 1.2 กิจกรรมที่สนองนโยบายผู้บริหารระดับประเทศ จังหวัด และอำเภอ เช่น กิจกรรมบ้านหนังสือชุมชน ห้องสมุดเคลื่อนที่ชาวตลาด ส่งเสริมการอ่านในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก และห้องสมุดเคลื่อนที่ 1.3 กิจกรรมที่เกิดจากความร่วมมือของบุคลากรภายในหน่วยงานเพื่อจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ เช่น กิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านร่วมกับภาคีเครือข่าย และกิจกรรมบรรณารักษ์อาสา และ 2. รูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านของห้องสมุดประชาชนในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ผลการวิจัยได้บูรณาการจากวัตถุประสงค์ข้อที่ 1 กับสังเคราะห์เอกสารเผยแพร่ทางวิชาการเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านของห้องสมุดประชาชนทั้งในและต่างประเทศที่เด่น ๆ นำมาสร้างเป็นรูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านที่เหมาะสมกับห้องสมุดประชาชนในจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช เพื่อใช้เป็นแนวปฏิบัติรูปแบบที่เหมาะสม คือ
2.1 กิจกรรมตามนโยบายของสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย 2.2 การจัดกิจกรรมตามภารกิจของห้องสมุดประชาชน 2.3 การจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านตามหลักทฤษฎีส่งเสริมการอ่าน 2.4 การจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านเชิงรุก 2.5 การประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรมมาส่งเสริมกิจกรรมการอ่านและ
2.6 การสร้างปัจจัยสนับสนุนกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่าน
