The Development of Information system for Tracking Student Admissions of Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University

Abstract
This research article presents a research and development model based on the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concept, conducted in four phases: Phase 1) Studying and collecting information on information system needs through interviews with personnel involved in Recruitment and student users of the system. Phase 2) Developing an information system for tracking student recruitment at Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University using web applications and cloud computing technology. Phase 3) Evaluating the efficiency of the information system by experts using an evaluation form, and Phase 4) Assessing user satisfaction with the system through a questionnaire administered to 142 students who are applicants to study at Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University. Quantitative data were analyzed using percentages, means, and standard deviations with statistical software, while the qualitative data from the interviews were analyzed using content analysis.
The research results found the development of an information system for tracking student recruitment at Nakhon Si Thammarat Rajabhat University in the form of a web application. The system can work in real-time. By tracking the number of applications Payment of application fee and reporting The system can filter and search data. When evaluating the efficiency of the information system from experts, the overall picture was at the highest level. Meanwhile, the overall satisfaction of users of the information system is at a high level.
