บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้ เป็นรูปแบบการวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research and Development) ตามแนวคิดวงจร
การพัฒนาระบบ (System Development Life Cycle : SDLC) ดำเนินการ 4 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1) การศึกษาและรวบรวมข้อมูลความต้องการของระบบสารสนเทศ จากการสัมภาษณ์บุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการรับสมัครและนักเรียนผู้ใช้ระบบ ระยะที่ 2) การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการติดตามการรับสมัครนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช โดยใช้เว็บแอปพลิเคชันเเละเทคโนโลยีการประมวลผลแบบคลาวด์ ระยะที่ 3) การประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบสารสนเทศ จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้วยแบบประเมิน และระยะที่ 4) การประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานที่มีต่อระบบ จากนักเรียนที่เป็นผู้สมัครเข้าศึกษาต่อมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช จำนวน 142 คน ด้วยแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า จากการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการติดตามการรับสมัครนักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช ในรูปแบบของเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน (Web Application) ระบบสามารถติดตามจำนวนการสมัครการชำระค่าสมัคร เเละการรายงานตัว ในแบบเรียลไทม์ได้ สามารถกรองข้อมูลเเละสืบค้นข้อมูลได้ เมื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบสารสนเทศจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ขณะที่ความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศ ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
