Studying the context and analyzing the production of community products from processed agricultural products According to the identity of Khao Pa Na Le, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province

Abstract

     This research aims to 1) study the context of community products from processed agricultural products according to Khao Pa Na Le identity, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province and 2) analyze the production of production factors.B yanalyzing the costs and returns of community products. This research is qualitative research. Used to collect specific data from 4 groups of processed agricultural product producers: honey lotion production sweet fish production catfish production and sago flour production. The research tools used were structured interviews. The results of the study found that
     1) Nakhon Si Thammarat Province There are a total of 2,449 community products, of which 242 products have been developed according to the star level criteria, accounting for 5.48 percent. There are also a large number of community products that need to be developed to meet standards. However, it must be appropriate to the resources and factors of Khao Pa Na Le.
    2) Results of a study of costs and returns from representative manufacturers in the area of 4 products, including honey lotion products. Sweet fish products Catfish products and sago flour products The accounting rate of return is between 1.99 - 3.54, which is at a very good level. As for the economic rate of return, it is between 1.35-2.48, with a good level of return.In the early stages of production, the investment in fixed costs is quite high, so there must be an agency to support it. and producers use the abundance of resources as a variable factor at low costs. Therefore resulting in a good rate of return.
