Readiness Management of Local Government Organizations to Enter the Aging Society in Noppitam District of Nakhon Si Thammarat Province

Abstract

     The purpose of this research was 1) to study the situation and the need to manage the readiness of local administrative organizations to enter the aging society In Nopphitam District. Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, and 2) to study the guidelines for promoting the readiness management of local administrative organizations for entering the elderly society in Nopphitam District. Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. This research is a mixed methods research. The findings indicated that 1) the majority of the samples had views regarding the state of affairs and the requirement to oversee the local administrative bodies` preparedness for joining the aging society. Overall, it's at a high level in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province's Nopphitam District and 2)readiness management of local government organizations is prepared in a community-based manner to support the aging society, emphasizing training activities to promote careers and health development. There is training to provide knowledge. The support agency gives importance to caring for the elderly. Encouraging family members of elderly people to organize activities with the elderly and organizing activities to connect the elderly with other people, including promoting the development of the elderly's well-being and care. Promote meetings and discussions between the elderly and other groups, including measures to promote health and prevent illness, organize training for the elderly on basic self-care, and support training to educate elderly personnel on how to care for the elderly.
