Digital Leadership Model of School Administrators

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the current and desirable state of executive digital leadership, 2) to develop an executive digital leadership model, and 3) to examine the executive digital leadership model. It is a mixed method research (Mixed - Methods) qualitative research. The key informants were interviews with 6 executives, 9 expert and expert seminars, 9 executive group discussions, purposive selection. quantitative research The sample consisted of 337 teachers. The sample size was determined according to Kracie and Morgan's table. The instruments used were questionnaires, interview forms and executive digital leadership assessments. The questionnaire had a reliability of 0.876. The statistics used in data analysis were content analysis, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and calculate the Priority Needs Index (PNI).
The results showed that 1)The current state of digital leadership of executives as a whole was at a medium level. The overall desirable state of digital leadership of executives was at the highest average level. The overall demand index was 0.30. 2)The digital leadership style of executives has 7 components, namely the name of the model, the principle of the model. Purpose of the model How the format operates model evaluation Guidelines for applying the model and success conditions The digital leadership of executives consists of 4 components: digital leadership vision; digital citizenship Building a digital learning culture and professional digital skills 3)The results of the examination of the digital leadership model of executives in all 4 aspects were found to be correct, suitable, feasible and beneficial in all items.
