บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหาร 2) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหาร และ3) เพื่อตรวจสอบรูปแบบภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหาร เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี (Mixed - Methods) การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก ได้แก่ การสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 6 คน การสัมมนาอิงผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน การสนทนากลุ่มผู้บริหาร จำนวน 9 คน คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือครู จำนวน 337 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครซี และมอร์แกน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบประเมินรูปแบบภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหาร โดยแบบสอบถามมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.876 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และคำนวณหาดัชนีลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น (PNI)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1)สภาพปัจจุบันของภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารโดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารโดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นโดยรวมเท่ากับ 0.30 2)รูปแบบภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหาร มี 7 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ ชื่อรูปแบบ หลักการของรูปแบบ วัตถุประสงค์ของรูปแบบ วิธีดำเนินงานของรูปแบบ การประเมินผลรูปแบบ แนวทางการนำรูปแบบไปใช้ และเงื่อนไขความสำเร็จ ส่วนภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารมี 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ วิสัยทัศน์ผู้นำดิจิทัล การเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัล การสร้างวัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้ดิจิทัล และทักษะการใช้งานดิจิทัลอย่างมืออาชีพ 3)ผลการตรวจสอบรูปแบบภาวะผู้นำดิจิทัลของผู้บริหาร ทั้ง 4 ด้าน พบว่า มีความถูกต้อง เหมาะสม เป็นไปได้ และเป็นประโยชน์ทุกรายการ
