Abstract

     This research is a mixed method research with the objectives to 1) study the components of quality school administration, 2)develop the system and mechanism of quality school administration, and 3) examine the administrative system and mechanism of quality school under the Office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area 3. The sample group consisted of 132 school administrators that determining the sample size using Krejci and Morgan's table and used stratified sampling method which using the type of quality school as a divider, and experts for interviews, connoisseurship, and focus group with 7 people, 11 people, and 8 people, respectively that selecting by purposive sampling. The instrument for collecting data were interview protocol, questionnaire, and assessment form. Statistics used in data analysis were content analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and mean and standard deviation analysis.
     The result revealed that 1) the components of quality school administration consist of 4 main components input, process, output, and outcome, 2) the system and mechanism of quality school administration have 6 components which include objectives, principles, concepts, administrative systems, driving mechanisms, and success conditions, and 3) developed administrative systems and mechanisms has the highest level of quality in terms of propriety, accuracy, feasibility, and utility.
