Participatory Action Research for Developing Internal Quality Assurance in Educational on Community-Based Education Management Bansaiyat School

Abstract
This research aimed to develop an internal quality assurance system of the educational institution using the participation of the entire network of Ban Saiyat School through participatory action research processes and to study the opinions and satisfaction of those involved with the internal quality assurance system of the educational institution after the trial. The research process consisted of step 1: developing the internal quality assurance system of the educational institution and step 2: studying the results of using the internal quality assurance system of the educational institution.
The research results found that the quality assurance system for the educational institution by using the participation of the network partners, the entire system of Ban Saiyat School, consisted of 1) the system for creating knowledge, understanding and cultivating awareness in the operation, 2) the data collection system, 3) the system for determining administrators, primary and secondary responsibilities, 4) the system for monitoring and supervising the operation, 5) the system for evaluating the operation, and 6) the system for using the results of the educational quality assurance to develop the operation plan and the results of studying the opinions and satisfaction of those involved, consisting of 1) the system for creating knowledge, understanding and good attitudes towards the operation of the educational quality assurance, 2) the system for helping to organize the data collection systematically and those involved can conveniently use the data, 3) the system for helping the school have a clear system and operation procedures, 4) the system for helping to increase participation from all sectors, 5) the system for helping to create confidence in the operation for those responsible, 6) the system for making the self-assessment document SAR clear and reliable, and 7) the system for making the operation development plan clear.
