The Learning Management Model of Physical Education, and Recreational Activities of Santiratprachabumrung Border Patrol Police School and Ban Hin Chok Border Patrol Police School, Amphoe Palian, Trang Province

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to 1) explore teaching conditions and recreational activities at Santirat Pracha Bumrung and Ban Hin Chok Order Patrol Police Schools, 2) investigate the teaching problems and recreational activities at Santirat Pracha Bumrung and Ban Hin Chok Order Patrol Police Schools, and 3) explore the physical education teaching model and recreational activities in Santirat Bamrung and Ban Hin Chok Border Patrol Police Schools. This study employed the participatory action research method. The data were gathered via semi-structured interviews and face-to-face interviews. The 28 informants were administrators as well as physical education and recreation activities teachers. They were selected by using a purposive sampling technique. The results found that 1) the schools were located in remote areas surrounded by mountains, both schools divided spaces for specific purposes, resources, and facilities, and physical education teachers’ performances were qualified enough, however; the budget for sports facilities was still needed. 2) specific skills of physical education teachers are still required because they did not graduate in the field of physical education, the standard of places as well as sports facilities needed to be improved. 3) health education and physical education subjects were taught in parallel, internal and external sports competitions were organized, recreational activities were organized, teaching and learning activities for people with special needs were organized, and being a sports coach was also organized.
