บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการจัดเรียนการสอนและกิจกรรมนันทนาการในโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนสันติราษฎร์ประชาบำรุงและบ้านหินจอก 2) ศึกษาปัญหาการจัดเรียนการสอนและกิจกรรมนันทนาการในโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนสันติราษฎร์ประชาบำรุงและบ้านหินจอก และ 3) ศึกษารูปแบบจัดการเรียนการสอนพลศึกษาและกิจกรรมนันทนาการในโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนสันติราษฎร์ประชาบำรุงและบ้านหินจอก ใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้างและใช้การสัมภาษณ์ตัวต่อตัว ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ คือ ผู้บริหาร ครูสอนพลศึกษาและนันทนาการในโรงเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนสันติราษฎร์ประชาบำรุงและบ้านหินจอก รวมทั้งสิ้น 28 คน โดยวิธีการคัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) โรงเรียนตั้งอยู่ในพื้นที่ภูเขาและห่างไกล การจัดสรรพื้นที่ใช้สอยในโรงเรียนเพื่อบริหารจัดการทรัพยากร สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเพียงพอในการจัดการเรียนการสอนพลศึกษาได้แต่ขาดในเรื่องของการจัดสรรงบประมาณด้านอุปกรณ์การกีฬา มีความพร้อมและขีดความสามารถของครูผู้สอน2) ปัญหาสมรรถนะและขีดความสามารถในการจัดการเรียนรู้พลศึกษาของครูที่ยังไม่มีความถนัดเฉพาะด้าน เนื่องจากไม่ได้จบตรงสาขาพลศึกษา ปัญหาความพร้อมของสถานที่ อุปกรณ์ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกไม่เพียงพอ ขาดความทันสมัย คุณภาพไม่ได้มาตรฐาน 3) มีการจัดการเรียนการสอนในรายวิชาสุขศึกษาควบคู่กับรายวิชาพลศึกษาการจัดการแข่งขันกีฬาภายในและภายนอก การจัดกิจกรรมนันทนาการ การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนสำหรับผู้มีความต้องการพิเศษ และการเป็นผู้ฝึกสอนกีฬา
