บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบทางเศรษฐกิจ จากการเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการแข่งขันกีฬาวอลเลย์บอลหญิงชิงแชมป์โลกในประเทศไทย ใช้วิธีวิจัยแบบผสมวิธีแบบคู่ขนาน มี 2 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ผลกระทบทางเศรษฐกิจจากการเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการแข่งขันกีฬา โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้างสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ 16 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อผลกระทบทางเศรษฐกิจ จากการเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการแข่งขันกีฬา รวบรวมข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม ใช้การสุ่มแบบง่าย จำนวน 500 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในขั้นตอนที่ 1ด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในขั้นตอนที่ 2 ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผลกระทบทางเศรษฐกิจ จากการเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการแข่งขันกีฬา ได้แก่ 1) ความคุ้มค่าเชิงนโยบายและงบประมาณ 2) โครงสร้างผลกระทบทางเศรษฐกิจ 3) การพัฒนามรดกทางกีฬาและมิติทางสังคม 4) ความท้าทายและปัจจัยความสำเร็จ ผลการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อผลกระทบทางเศรษฐกิจจากการเจ้าภาพจัดการแข่งขันกีฬาวอลเลย์บอล อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 มี 4 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ ด้านสถานที่พัก ด้านการส่งเสริมเยาวชนให้ออกกำลังกายและเล่นกีฬา ด้านการซื้อบัตรเข้าชมการแข่งขัน และด้านการท่องเที่ยว ซึ่งร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนของผลกระทบทางเศรษฐกิจ (R2) ได้เท่ากับ 0.650 และพยากรณ์ได้ร้อยละ 63.5 (Adjust R2= 0.635) โดยเขียนเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ได้ ดังนี้ ผลกระทบทางเศรษฐกิจจากการเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการแข่งขันกีฬาวอลเลย์บอลหญิงชิงแชมป์โลกในประเทศไทย = 0.867+ 0.837 สถานที่พัก+ 0.384 การส่งเสริมเยาวชนให้ออกกำลังกายและเล่นกีฬา + 0.289 การซื้อบัตรเข้าชมการแข่งขัน+ 0.275การท่องเที่ยว
