บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยเรื่องปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อทักษะชีวิตและอาชีพของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาช่วงชั้นที่ 2 โรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก อำเภอเมืองพระนครศรีอยุธยา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทำนาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อทักษะชีวิตและอาชีพของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาช่วงชั้นที่ 2 โรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก อำเภอเมืองพระนครศรีอยุธยา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 178 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบเป็นระบบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยทางโรงเรียน ปัจจัยด้านตัวนักเรียน และทักษะชีวิตและอาชีพ ตรวจสอบความตรงด้วยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 3 ท่าน พบความสอดคล้องของวัตถุประสงค์รายข้อระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 ตรวจสอบความเที่ยงได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาช ดังนี้ ด้านครูผู้สอน ด้านสัมพันธ์ภาพระหว่างครูกับนักเรียน ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมของโรงเรียน ปัจจัยด้านตัวนักเรียน และทักษะชีวิตและอาชีพ เท่ากับ 0.84, 0.87, 0.82, 0.75 และ 0.92 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยทางโรงเรียนในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง ( = 4.36, S.D. = 0.61)
เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับสูง โดยด้านครูผู้สอนมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ( = 4.40, S.D. = 0.61) รองลงมาคือ ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมของโรงเรียน (
= 4.37, S.D. = 0.64) และด้านสัมพันธ์ภาพระหว่างครูกับนักเรียน (
= 4.32, S.D. = 0.72) สำหรับปัจจัยด้านตัวนักเรียน ได้แก่ แรงจูงใจต่อการเรียน มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับสูง (
= 4.03, S.D. = 0.68) ทักษะชีวิตและอาชีพในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (
= 4.24, S.D. = 0.62) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อทักษะชีวิตและอาชีพ คือ ด้านสัมพันธ์ภาพระหว่างครูกับนักเรียน ปัจจัยตัวนักเรียน ด้านครูผู้สอน เพศ (ชาย) และด้านสภาพแวดล้อมของโรงเรียน สามารถร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 86.90 (adj. R² = 0.869)
