บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา การทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในสถานศึกษา และความสัมพันธ์ของการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา กระบี่ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 331 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
- 1. การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา กระบี่ โดยภาพรวม และรายด้าน อยู่ ในระดับมากที่สุด
- 2. การทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา กระบี่โดยภาพรวม และรายด้านอยู่ ในระดับมากที่สุด
3. การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กับการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในสถานศึกษาสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา กระบี่มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .01
