บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะดิจิทัลในด้านพุทธิพิสัยและด้านทักษะพิสัยที่จำเป็นสำหรับนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาของประเทศไทยด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เอกสารวิชาการจากแหล่งข้อมูลประกอบด้วย เอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสมรรถนะดิจิทัลที่จำเป็นสำหรับนักศึกษาทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ จำนวน 21 ผลงาน ซึ่งได้มาจากการกำหนดแหล่งข้อมูลโดยใช้วิธีคัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จากแหล่งข้อมูล 2 แหล่ง คือ แหล่งปฐมภูมิ และแหล่งทุติยภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพจากการสังเคราะห์เอกสาร ผลการวิจัย พบว่า สมรรถนะดิจิทัลในด้านพุทธิพิสัยและด้านทักษะพิสัยที่จำเป็นสำหรับนักศึกษาแต่ละด้านประกอบด้วย 7 องค์ประกอบ รวม 2 ด้าน เป็น 14 องค์ประกอบ จากตัวแปรด้านพุทธิพิสัย จำนวน 68 ตัว และตัวแปรด้านทักษะพิสัย จำนวน 89 ตัว รวมรายการตัวแปรทั้งหมด 157 ตัวแปร ผลจากงานวิจัยในครั้งนี้จะนำไปพิจารณาเป็นองค์ประกอบของสมรรถนะดิจิทัลที่จำเป็นสำหรับนักศึกษา โดยใช้เทคนิคการประชุมสนทนากลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญในลำดับถัดไป
