บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาบรรยากาศองค์การในสถานศึกษา 2) ประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครูในสถานศึกษา 3) บรรยายองค์การในสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 11 ในจังหวัด สุราษฎร์ธานี ประชากร ได้แก่ ครู จำนวน 2,329 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครู จำนวน 331 คน ได้มาโดยสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.99 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบ ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) บรรยากาศองค์การในสถานศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ โครงสร้างองค์การ ความอบอุ่นและการให้การสนับสนุน การยอมรับความขัดแย้ง การให้รางวัลตอบแทน การเป็นอิสระ และการเปลี่ยนแปลงในองค์การ 2) ประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครู โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน การวางแผนและเตรียมการสอน ความรู้ความสามารถของครู การใช้สื่อการเรียนการสอน และการวัดผลและประเมินผล 3) ผลการวิเคราะห์บรรยากาศองค์การที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 11 ในจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี พบว่า บรรยากาศองค์การ ด้านการยอมรับความขัดแย้ง ด้านการให้รางวัลตอบแทน ด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงในองค์การ และด้านความอบอุ่นและการให้การสนับสนุน ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 11 ในจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี ตามลำดับ สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ประสิทธิภาพการสอนของครู ได้ร้อยละ 98 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
