บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบกรณีศึกษา มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาของชุมชนในด้านการเกษตร เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางยกระดับเศรษฐกิจและสังคมรายตำบลแบบบูรณาการในด้านการเกษตร และเพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบการยกระดับเศรษฐกิจและสังคมรายตำบลแบบบูรณาการในด้านการเกษตร ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญเลือกแบบเจาะจงคือ ครอบครัวเกษตรกร จำนวน 15 ครอบครัว และเจ้าหน้าที่ภาครัฐและเอกชน จำนวน 3 คน เครื่องมือ การวิจัยคือ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงโครงสร้างร่วมกับการวิเคราะห์เอกสารและนำเสนอข้อมูลในเชิงพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ปัญหาของชุมชนในด้านการเกษตร พบว่า ได้รับองค์ความรู้ภาคการเกษตรจากบรรพบุรุษและโครงการจากภาครัฐ แต่ไม่มีประสบการณ์ด้านโคกหนองนา ปัญหาได้แก่ ภัยธรรมชาติ เช่น น้ำท่วม สภาพพื้นที่ แมลงศัตรูพืช ภาระหนี้สิน และงบประมาณ (2) แนวทางยกระดับเศรษฐกิจและสังคมรายตำบลแบบบูรณาการในด้านการเกษตร พบว่า การปฏิบัติงานร่วมกัน ทั้งการเลี้ยงสัตว์และปลูกพืชแบบผสมผสาน การบริหารงานร่วมกันโดยการจัดสรรพื้นที่ทำเป็นศูนย์การเรียนรู้เศรษฐกิจพอเพียงให้ผู้ที่สนใจเข้ามาศึกษา และการเป็นเจ้าของและพันธสัญญาร่วมกันเป็นการติดตามผลการดำเนินกิจกรรม และตัวชี้วัดถึงความสำเร็จ (3) รูปแบบการยกระดับเศรษฐกิจและสังคมรายตำบลแบบบูรณาการในด้านการเกษตร พบว่า ได้ความรู้เพิ่มขึ้น เผยแพร่ความรู้ได้ มีผลผลิตหลากหลายและปลอดสารพิษ มีรายได้เพิ่มขึ้น ลดภาระหนี้สิน สุขภาพดีขึ้นและเป็นครอบครัวเกษตรกรตัวอย่างที่สร้างความภาคภูมิใจให้กับตนเองและครอบครัว บ่งชี้ได้ในลักษณะ 4L หรือ “รู้ รัก ราย ร่วม” ได้แก่ รู้เพิ่มมากขึ้น รักสิ่งที่ทำ รายการสุขภาพดี และร่วมวิถีชีวิตปกติใหม่
