บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เปรียบเทียบทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนโดยใช้การจัดการเรียนรู้แบบเน้นงานปฏิบัติ 2) เปรียบเทียบทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ที่เรียนโดยใช้การจัดการเรียนรู้แบบเน้นงานปฏิบัติกับเกณฑ์คะแนนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 70 3) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้าทักษะการพูดของนักเรียนที่เรียนโดยใช้งานปฏิบัติ 4) ศึกษาเจตคติของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ที่มีต่อวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนองค์การสวนยาง 1 ศูนย์เครือข่ายการศึกษาที่ 10 อำเภอช้างกลาง จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช จำนวน 15 คน ที่ได้มาโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบอาศัยความน่าจะเป็น โดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นหน่วยในการสุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการพูดโดยใช้การจัดการเรียนรู้แบบเน้นงานปฏิบัติ แบบทดสอบวัดทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษ เป็นแบบปรนัย แบบทดสอบปากเปล่า (Oral Test) และแบบวัดเจตคติของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการเรียนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติการทดสอบแบบ Nonparametric เป็นการหาค่า Wilcoxon signed-ranks test One Sample t-test
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนหลังเรียนด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบเน้นงานปฏิบัติสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (2) ทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนหลังเรียนด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบเน้นงานปฏิบัติสูงกว่าเกณฑ์คะแนนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 70 (3) นักเรียนกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีเจตคติต่อวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ อยู่ในระดับมาก
