ความต้องการสารสนเทศของผู้ปกครองต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนภายใต้สถานการณ์ การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (โควิด-19) กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนบ้านนาเส ตำบลนากะชะ อำเภอฉวาง จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้ ศึกษาความต้องการสารสนเทศของผู้ปกครองต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนภายใต้สถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนบ้านนาเส ตำบลนากะชะ อำเภอฉวางจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช เป็นวิจัยผสมผสานรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณและคุณภาพ ด้วยแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้ปกครองนักเรียน จำนวน 68 คน และสัมภาษณ์ 36 คน ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณวิเคราะห์ด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ปกครองส่วนใหญ่มีความต้องการสารสนเทศในด้านลักษณะสารสนเทศ ระดับมากที่สุด ( =4.69) รองลองมาคือ ด้านเนื้อหาสารสนเทศ ระดับมาก (
=3.86) และด้านแหล่งสารสนเทศ ระดับปานกลาง (
=3.35) ผลการสัมภาษณ์ พบว่า ผู้ปกครองส่วนใหญ่มีบทบาทหลักในการสอนการบ้านให้บุตรหลานจึงต้องการสารสนเทศที่เป็นเนื้อหาการเรียนหรือคู่มือการสอนการบ้าน และต้องการอาสาสมัครเพื่อสอนหนังสือตามบ้านให้แก่นักเรียนที่มีปัญหาการอ่านออกเขียนได้ ความพร้อมทางอุปกรณ์มือถือสมาร์ตโฟนที่สามารถเรียนออนไลน์แต่ละครอบครัวมีความแตกต่างกัน ในครอบครัวที่มีความพร้อมสามารถใช้ไลน์และกูเกิลมีตเป็นหลักในการเรียนออนไลน์ ในขณะที่การเรียนแบบออนดีมานด์ทางช่อง DLTV พบว่า ผู้ปกครองส่วนใหญ่ไม่ได้ใช้ เนื่องจากการข้อจำกัดทางอุปกรณ์และการเข้าถึง ผู้ปกครองส่วนใหญ่สะดวกกับการเรียนแบบออนแฮนด์มากกว่าแบบออนไลน์และออนดีมานด์ นอกจากนี้ ลักษณะของสารสนเทศที่ผู้ปกครองส่วนใหญ่เห็นตรงกันคือ ความต้องการสารสนเทศที่มีลักษณะทันสมัย มีปริมาณที่เหมาะสม ตรงตามความต้องการ สะดวกและง่ายต่อการเข้าถึงและใช้งาน เพื่อสร้างโอกาสที่เท่าเทียมกันให้แก่ผู้เรียนอย่างมีคุณภาพ
