บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการณ์การอนุรักษ์ภูมิปัญญาพื้นบ้านการลากพระบกแบบมีส่วนร่วม คุณค่าภูมิปัญญาพื้นบ้านการลากพระบก และพัฒนารูปแบบการอนุรักษ์ภูมิปัญญาพื้นบ้านการลากพระบกแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งทางวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นของอำเภอพิปูน จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี ระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการณ์การอนุรักษ์ภูมิปัญญาพื้นบ้านการลากพระบกแบบมีส่วนร่วม ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยด้าน (1) การค้นคว้าวิจัย ไม่มีการรวบรวมองค์ความรู้ภูมิปัญญาให้เป็นหมวดหมู่ (2) การอนุรักษ์ โดยจัดงานประเพณีอย่างต่อเนื่อง (3) การฟื้นฟู โดยรักษาภูมิปัญญาให้ใกล้เคียงกับรูปแบบเดิม (4) การพัฒนา พัฒนาเรือพระให้เหมาะสมกับยุคปัจจุบัน (5) การถ่ายทอด ด้วยการสังเกต พูดคุย ลงมือปฏิบัติ (6) การส่งเสริมกิจกรรม โดยร่วมมือกันเป็นเครือข่ายในการจัดงานประเพณี (7) การเผยแพร่แลกเปลี่ยน โดยเผยแพร่กิจกรรมผ่านสื่อต่าง ๆ (8) การเสริมสร้างปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้พัฒนาศักยภาพเชิงช่างด้วยการส่งเรือพระเข้าประกวดแข่งขัน และ (9) การมีส่วนร่วมของคนในชุมชน คนในชุมชนเข้าร่วมงานประเพณีมากที่สุด 2) คุณค่าภูมิปัญญาพื้นบ้านการลากพระบก ประกอบด้วย 2 ด้านหลัก คือ ด้านการพัฒนาบุคคลและด้านการพัฒนาสังคม และ 3) การพัฒนารูปแบบการอนุรักษ์ภูมิปัญญาพื้นบ้านการลากพระบกแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งทางวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น ได้รูปแบบชื่อว่า “LAKPHRA Model” ได้แก่ กระบวนการเรียนรู้ การบริหารจัดการ การจัดการความรู้ การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ความเป็นน้ำหนึ่งใจเดียวกัน การเสริมสร้างเครือข่ายภูมิปัญญาพื้นบ้าน และกิจกรรมที่เหมาะสม
