การพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ การปฏิบัติกีตาร์คลาสสิกในระดับอุดมศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ 2) เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ ให้เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ประสิทธิภาพ (E1/E2) 80/80 และ 3) เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบของการจัดการเรียนรู้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยอาจารย์สอนวิชากีตาร์คลาสสิกผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามจำนวน 15 คน กลุ่มอาจารย์สอนวิชากีตาร์คลาสสิกผู้เข้าร่วมการสัมภาษณ์ จำนวน 4 คน และนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาดนตรีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครศรีธรรมราช จำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ รูปแบบการเรียนจัดการเรียนรู้ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรู้และแบบประเมินทักษะการปฏิบัติ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง บทความทางวิชาการ การสอบถาม การสัมภาษณ์และการทดลอง การศึกษาวิจัยใช้การวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ความถี่ และลำดับความสำคัญ นำเสนอในรูปแบบเชิงพรรณนาและวิเคราะห์ ดัชนีความสอดคล้อง IOC ประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการ (E1) ประสิทธิภาพของผลลัพธ์ (E2) และทดสอบโดยใช้ค่า t- ทดสอบ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้การปฏิบัติกีตาร์คลาสสิกที่เหมาะสม ได้แก่ หลักการและเหตุผล เป้าหมาย สมรรถนะผู้เรียน วัตถุประสงค์ เนื้อหา กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ สื่อและแหล่งการเรียนรู้ และวัดผลและการประเมินผล 2) ผลประสิทธิภาพของรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ เท่ากับ 81.93 / 87.17 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ 3) ผลประเมินประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบของการจัดการเรียนรู้ พบว่า ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรู้กีตาร์คลาสสิก และผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการปฏิบัติกีตาร์คลาสสิกหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 นอกจากนี้ผลความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาต่อรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
