บทคัดย่อ
การพัฒนาศักยภาพของเกษตรกรพื้นที่ลุ่มน้ำปากพนัง อำเภอหัวไทร จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชโดยใช้เทคนิคบัญชีบริหารเพื่อเพิ่มรายได้และลดต้นทุน วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน ศักยภาพจัดการงานเกษตรและพัฒนาแนวทางการเพิ่มศักยภาพเกษตรกรมีกระบวนการวิจัย 4 ขั้นตอน 1) วิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน ปัญหาโครงสร้างรายได้และต้นทุน ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกในการจัดเก็บข้อมูล 2) วิเคราะห์ศักยภาพด้านการจัดการงานเกษตร ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ 3) การพัฒนาแนวทาง การเพิ่มศักยภาพของเกษตรกร ใช้การประชุมกลุ่มย่อย
ในการระดมความคิดเห็น 4) การประเมินผลการเพิ่มรายได้และความพึงพอใจของเกษตรกร ใช้แบบสอบถาม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า วัตถุประสงค์ข้อที่ 1 สถานการณ์ปัจจุบันมีต้นทุน ค่าพันธุ์พืช ค่าปุ๋ย ค่ายาปราบศัตรูพืช ค่าแรงงาน ค่าวัสดุอุปกรณ์ ค่าโรงเรือน วัตถุประสงค์ข้อที่ 2 การวิเคราะห์จุดคุ้มทุนพบว่าปาล์ม 5,407 ก.ก 27,035 บาท ข้าวสารเมื่อนำไปผลิตต่อได้กำไรส่วนเกินดังนี้ ข้าวหอมมะลิ 2,000 ก.ก 20,000 บาท เพิ่ม 1,485 บาท ข้าวหอมปทุม 2,445 ก.ก 22,005 บาท เพิ่ม 2,200 บาท ข้าวไอ้เฉียง กข 4,075 ก.ก 29,340 บาท ข้าวไรซ์เบอร์รี่ 274 ก.ก
13,700 บาท ข้าวสังหยด 364 กิโลกรัม 14,560 บาท ผักสลัด 69 กิโลกรัม 6,900 บาท เพิ่ม 2,955 บาท วัตถุประสงค์ข้อที่ 3 พบว่าแนวทางเพิ่มศักยภาพการลดต้นทุนโดยทำปุ๋ยหมัก เพาะเมล็ดพันธุ์ ใช้โซล่าเซลล์การรวมกลุ่ม มีที่ดินของตนเอง บริโภคผลิตภัณฑ์ เพิ่มกำไรจากการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์การแปรรูปสินค้า ความซื่อสัตย์ต่อลูกค้า การเข้าถึงตลาดและกลุ่มลูกค้า ผลประเมินการใช้เทคนิคบัญชีบริหาร ความพึงพอใจต่อการเพิ่มรายได้ลดรายจ่าย มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.42 และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.536 มีความพึงพอใจมาก ความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้เทคนิคบัญชีบริหารค่าเฉลี่ย 4.54 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.568 มีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด
