แนวทางการพัฒนาทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 3

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบและศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา โดยมีแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกแบบมีโครงสร้างเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย ใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของ เชฟเฟ่ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์โดยนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ และสรุปผล
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การเปรียบเทียบทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา พบว่า มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 พิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ได้แก่ ทักษะการคิดสร้างสรรค์ทักษะ การกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ ทักษะความเป็นผู้นำทางวิชาการ ทักษะนวัตกรรมเพื่อการเรียนรู้ ทักษะเทคโนโลยีและดิจิทัล ทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม และทักษะมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ 3)แนวทางการพัฒนาทักษะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในศตวรรษที่ 21 มีดังนี้ 1)ผู้บริหารต้องเปลี่ยนแนวคิดของตนเอง พัฒนาตนเองจากประสบการณ์ในการบริหารสถานศึกษา ต้องวางแผนการพัฒนาตนเอง 2) เปิดโอกาสให้สมาชิกได้มีส่วนร่วม
ในการทำงาน มีการวิธีการระดมความคิด วางแผนการจัดการศึกษาร่วมกัน 3) ผู้บริหารต้องมีความรู้ในการใช้เทคโนโลยีนำเทคโนโลยี แอพลิเคชั่นที่ทันสมัยมาใช้ในสถานศึกษา และ 4)ผู้บริหารจะต้องมีการวางแผนการจัดการศึกษา กำหนดเป้าหมายที่ส่งเสริมงานวิชาการและการจัดการเรียนการสอนในศตวรรษที่ 21
