กลยุทธ์การบริหารวิชาการหลังยุคความปกติใหม่ของโรงเรียน ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากระบี่

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบการเตรียมความพร้อมในการจัดการเรียนรู้หลังยุคความปกติใหม่ 2) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารวิชาการหลังยุคความปกติใหม่และ 3) พัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารวิชาการหลังยุคความปกติใหม่ เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากร คือ ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา สังกัดเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากระบี่ จำนวน 2,606 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้าวิชาการ หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระและผู้สอน จำนวน 335 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบวัด แบบสอบถาม และแบบประเมิน โดยแบบสอบถามมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.983 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ สถิติเชิงบรรยาย ประกอบด้วย ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าความต้องการจำเป็น และสถิติภาคสรุปอ้างอิง ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก คือ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 9 คน คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง เก็บข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการสนทนากลุ่ม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบของการเตรียมความพร้อมในการจัดการเรียนรู้หลังยุคความปกติใหม่ประกอบด้วย 2 องค์ประกอบ คือ การเตรียมความพร้อมของผู้บริหาร และ การเตรียมความพร้อมของผู้สอน ผลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน พบว่า โมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ (c2 = 11.04, df=7, P-value = 0.137, GFI = 0.98, AGFI = 0.93, RMSEA = 0.061) 2) การบริหารวิชาการหลังยุคความปกติใหม่ มีค่าเฉลี่ยของสภาพที่พึงประสงค์สูงกว่าสภาพปัจจุบันในทุกด้าน และ 3) กลยุทธ์การบริหารวิชาการหลังยุคความปกติใหม่ ประกอบด้วย 3 กลยุทธ์หลัก คือ กลยุทธ์เร่งรัดพัฒนาหลักสูตรกลยุทธ์ยกระดับการจัดการเรียนการสอน และ กลยุทธ์พลิกโฉมการวัดและประเมินผล
