บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษาและการประเมินหลักสูตรสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษาด้วยรูปแบบ CIPP การดำเนินการวิจัยรูปแบบการวิจัยและพัฒนา (R&D) กลุ่มเป้าหมายเป็นการเลือกแบบเจาะจงประกอบด้วยผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอนของศูนย์การเรียนตำรวจตระเวนชายแดนบ้านแผ่นดินเสมอ เจ้าหน้าที่เขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่า ปราชญ์ชุมชนและผู้ปกครองนักเรียน จำนวน 49 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ หลักสูตรสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา เอกสารประกอบหลักสูตร และแบบสอบถาม หลักสูตรสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษาพัฒนาจากการมีส่วนร่วมของบ้าน รัฐ โรงเรียนและชุมชน สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษา 4-6 มี 5 หน่วยการเรียนรู้ เวลา 60 ชั่วโมง บูรณาการเนื้อหาภูมินิเวศ ประวัติศาสตร์ ภูมิปัญญา และการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมท้องถิ่น กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เน้นการปฏิบัติและมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อสร้างพลเมืองที่รับผิดชอบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม การประเมินหลักสูตรสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษาแบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ 1)การประเมินจากการสัมภาษณ์ และการสนทนากลุ่ม ผู้บริหาร ครู และปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน พบว่า หลักสูตรมีความสอดคล้องกับสภาพแวดล้อมและนโยบายของโรงเรียนที่มุ่งเน้นการขยายความรู้และประสานงานกับชุมชนโดยบูรณาการโครงการพระราชดำริ เช่น สวนพฤกษศาสตร์ โรงเรียนและชุมชนมีความพร้อมด้านสถานที่อุปกรณ์แหล่งเรียนรู้ทั้งทางสังคมและธรรมชาติ และปราชญ์ชุมชน การเรียนรู้ทั้งในห้องและนอกห้องเรียน ทำให้นักเรียน
ได้รับประสบการณ์ตรงทำให้มีเข้าใจความสำคัญของทรัพยากรในชุมชน 2) การประเมินจากแบบสอบถามกับนักเรียนและผู้ปกครอง พบว่า หลักสูตรมีความเหมาะสมกับชุมชน โรงเรียนและนักเรียนในระดับมาก
