กลยุทธ์การบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของธุรกิจร้านอาหาร

บทคัดย่อ
สถานการณ์เศรษฐกิจและสังคมในปัจจุบันมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างต่อเนื่องได้สร้าง แรงกดดันเชิงโครงสร้างต่อธุรกิจร้านอาหารในหลายมิติ ได้แก่ การแข่งขันทางการตลาด เทคโนโลยี พฤติกรรมผู้บริโภค และนโยบายกฎระเบียบที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว ทำให้เกิดช่องว่างเชิงกลยุทธ์ในการบริหารจัดการร้านอาหาร ที่ธุรกิจหลายแห่งยังไม่ได้พัฒนาแนวทางที่เหมาะสมเพื่อตอบสนองต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าว ปัญหาที่ธุรกิจร้านอาหารเผชิญ ได้แก่ ต้นทุนที่เพิ่มสูง ค่าเช่า และวัตถุดิบยังคงเพิ่มขึ้น การแข่งขันรุนแรงและช่องทางจำหน่ายใหม่ พฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคเปลี่ยนแปลง ผู้บริโภคให้ความสำคัญกับความยั่งยืน สุขภาพ และประสบการณ์มากขึ้น การเปลี่ยนแปลงเหล่านี้ ส่งผลให้ธุรกิจร้านอาหารต้องปรับตัวเพื่อให้ธุรกิจอยู่รอด ธุรกิจร้านอาหารจึงต้องมีกลยุทธ์การบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงสร้างสรรค์ที่กำหนดทิศทางและตัดสินใจในการจัดการธุรกิจเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้ ได้แก่ การพัฒนาทีมอย่างชาญฉลาด การส่งเสริมศักยภาพความเป็นผู้นำ การจัดการทรัพยากรที่เป็นเลิศ การประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีในการบริการและการส่งเสริมความเป็นนวัตกรที่เป็นกลยุทธ์ของธุรกิจในการสร้างแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ดีนำมาสู่ความสำเร็จของธุรกิจได้อย่างยั่งยืน
