ปัจจัยพหุระดับที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรระดับสมาชิกในชุมชนและระดับชุมชนและ 2) ศึกษาตัวแปรพหุระดับระดับสมาชิกในชุมชนและระดับชุมชนที่มีส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนในประเทศไทย วิธีการวิจัย เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ประชาชนผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน ประกอบด้วย ระดับสมาชิกชุมชน จำนวน 760 คน และระดับชุมชน จำนวน 190 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สันและการวิเคราะห์พหุระดับ
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรระดับสมาชิกในชุมชนและระดับชุมชนมีความสัมพันธ์ในเชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 โดยมีระดับความสัมพันธ์ปานกลาง 2) การวิเคราะห์ตัวแปรระดับสมาชิกในชุมชนทั้ง 5 ด้าน การจัดการระดับสมาชิก การมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิก ความเป็นผู้นำ ความสัมพันธ์ของสมาชิก ทักษะและความรู้ ส่งผลทางบวกต่อความสำเร็จในการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนในประเทศไทยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.001 สามารถอธิบายความผันแปรได้ร้อยละ 98.50
