การพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนแบบยืดหยุ่นเพื่อเสริมสร้างชุมชน แห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพด้านการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครูโรงเรียนสตรีทุ่งสง

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ ความต้องการจำเป็นและองค์ประกอบของกรอบแนวคิดการพัฒนารูปแบบ 2) เพื่อสร้างและประเมินรูปแบบ 3) เพื่อทดลองใช้รูปแบบ และ 4) เพื่อประเมินหลังการใช้และปรับปรุงรูปแบบ กลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) ได้แก่ รองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน จำนวน 5 คน ครูผู้สอนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี และกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้คณิตศาสตร์ จำนวน 38 คน คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 5 คน ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิสนทนากลุ่ม จำนวน 7 คน ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิสนทนาอิงผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 9 คน คณะกรรมการนิเทศ จำนวน 9 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Selection) นักเรียน จำนวน 687 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสนทนากลุ่มย่อย แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ แบบสอบถาม แบบประเมินความสอดคล้อง และแบบทดสอบก่อน-หลังการใช้รูปแบบ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าความถี่ ค่า IOC การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าอำนาจจำแนก ค่าความเชื่อมั่น และ t-test
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันของการเสริมสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพด้านการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครูโรงเรียนสตรีทุ่งสงโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 3.26, S.D. = 0.50) ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (
= 4.62, S.D. = 0.47) มีค่า PNI Modified โดยรวมเท่ากับ 0.428 2) ผลการสร้างและประเมินรูปแบบ พบว่า รูปแบบที่สร้างขึ้นมีความเหมาะสมในระดับมากที่สุด (
= 4.79, S.D. = 0.42)และมีคุณภาพในระดับมากที่สุด (
= 4.84, S.D. = 0.38) 3) ผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบ พบว่า ครูมีคะแนนความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 และ 4) ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสม และความเป็นประโยชน์หลังการใช้รูปแบบโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (
= 4.51) และ (
= 4.61) ตามลำดับ
