การสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มจากทุนวัฒนธรรมในเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์: กรณีศึกษาผู้ประกอบธุรกิจพิธีบวงสรวงพญาศรีสัตตนาคราช จังหวัดนครพนม

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มจากทุนวัฒนธรรมบูชาพญานาคของกลุ่ม ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจรับจัดพิธีกรรมบวงสรวง ณ ลานพญาศรีสัตตนาคราช เทศบาลเมืองนครพนม จังหวัดนครพนมสู่การพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ในระดับท้องถิ่น โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ประกอบด้วยการวิจัยเอกสาร การสังเกตการณ์ อย่างมีส่วนร่วม และการสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึกผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญที่คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 6 คน ได้แก่ ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจ รับจัดพิธีกรรมบวงสรวงแบบครบวงจร พราหมณ์ผู้นำพิธีกรรม นางรำในพิธีบวงสรวง ผู้อำนวยการ การท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย สำนักงานนครพนม ผู้ดูแลลานพญาศรีสัตตนาคราช และผู้มีจิตศรัทธาที่ใช้บริการพิธีกรรม โดยใช้กรอบแนวคิด ทุนวัฒนธรรม (Cultural capital) เศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ (Creative economy) และ เศรษฐกิจ พิธีกรรม (Ritual economy) เป็นกรอบ ในการวิเคราะห์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจรับจัดพิธีกรรมบวงสรวงสามารถ สร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มทุนวัฒนธรรม บูชาพญานาคซึ่งเป็นทุนวัฒนธรรมที่จับต้องไม่ได้ ให้กลายเป็นสินค้าที่มีมูลค่าเพิ่มทางเศรษฐกิจ โดยผ่านกระบวนการ 3 ลักษณะ คือ (1) การออกแบบบริการพิธีบวงสรวง 3 รูปแบบ (ขนาดเล็ก กลาง ใหญ่) (2) การประกอบสร้าง เครื่องบวงสรวง เชิงสัญลักษณ์ เช่น พานบายศรีพญานาคเจ็ดเศียร พานพญานาคเก้าองค์ น้ำเก้าสี และลูกแก้ว เก้าสี ให้กลายเป็นสินค้าทางวัฒนธรรม (Cultural commodity) และ (3) การสร้างเครือข่ายผู้ประกอบการทางวัฒนธรรม รายย่อยในรูปแบบบริการครบวงจร (One-stop service) ที่เชื่อมโยงพราหมณ์ นางรำ ผู้ผลิตเครื่องบูชา และธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวเนื่อง ก่อให้เกิดห่วงโซ่คุณค่า (Value chain) ที่กระจายรายได้สู่ชุมชนไม่ต่ำกว่า 100 ล้านบาทในช่วงเทศกาลประจำปี ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจดังกล่าวจึงทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ประกอบการทางวัฒนธรรม (Cultural entrepreneur) ที่เป็นสื่อกลางระหว่างโลกแห่ง ความศักดิ์สิทธิ์และโลกแห่งตลาด สะท้อนการบูรณาการอย่างมีพลวัต ระหว่างเศรษฐกิจพิธีกรรมและเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ ในบริบทท้องถิ่นไทย
