ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจตั้งถิ่นฐานของประชากรแฝงในกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจในการตั้งถิ่นฐานของประชากรแฝงในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ซึ่งประกอบด้วยจังหวัดปทุมธานี จังหวัดนครปฐม จังหวัดนนทบุรี จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ และจังหวัดสมุทรสาครเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้ข้อมูลจากโครงการสำรวจการย้ายถิ่นประชากรในประเทศไทย พ.ศ. 2564-2567 ของสำนักงานสถิติแห่งชาติ จำนวน 2,341 ตัวอย่าง เป็นผู้ประชากรแฝงที่อาศัยอยู่ในกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑลและทำการวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการถดถอยโลจิสติก ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ร้อยละ 47.03 ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความตั้งใจตั้งถิ่นฐาน และผลการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยโลจิสติก พบว่า การศึกษาและรายได้มีผลเชิงบวกต่อความตั้งใจตั้งถิ่นฐาน ในขณะที่ผู้ที่มีภูมิลำเนาในภาคใต้มีอัตราส่วนโอกาสของความตั้งใจตั้งถิ่นฐานในที่ตนเองอยู่ต่ำกว่าผู้ที่มีภูมิลำเนาในต่างประเทศ นอกจากนี้ผู้ที่อาศัยอยู่ในจังหวัดนครปฐม จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ และจังหวัดสมุทรสาครมีอัตราส่วนโอกาสของความตั้งใจตั้งถิ่นฐานในที่ตนเองอยู่สูงกว่าผู้ที่อยู่ในกรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ขณะที่ลักษณะด้านประชากร (เพศ อายุและสถานภาพการสมรส) ไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ผลการศึกษานี้สะท้อนว่าความตั้งใจตั้งถิ่นฐานของประชากรแฝงผูกกับบริบทของพื้นที่ เศรษฐกิจและโครงสร้างเมืองการกำหนดนโยบายควรให้ความสำคัญแก่การพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน ควบคู่กับการพัฒนาทุนมนุษย์
