ข้อสังเกตจากชุมชนเสมือนจริง : กรณีศึกษาชุมชนสถานีวิทยุ จส.100

บทคัดย่อ

บทความนี้นำเสนอรูปแบบของชุมชนเสมือนจริง กรณีชุมชนสถานี วิทยุ จส.100 ปฎิสัมพันธ์ และความขัดแย้งต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นภายในชุมชน และการแปลงสภาพจากชุมชนเสมือนจริงเป็นชุมชนกายภาพ กรณีชมรมจราจร สื่อสารเพื่อสังคม (จ.ส.ส) โดยใช้แนวคิดหลักเรื่องชุมชนเสมือนจริงในด้านความหมาย และองค์ประกอบของชุมชนมาวิเคราะห์ ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ได้แก่ การศึกษาเอกสาร เก็บข้อมูลภาคสนาม สัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก และติดตามรับฟังสถานีวิทยุ จส.100

ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ชุมชนสถานีวิทยุ จส.100 เป็นชุมชนเสมือนจริงรูปแบบหนึ่งที่ไม่ใช่ชุมชนออนไลน์ แต่เป็นชุมชนที่มีโทรศัพท์มือถือ และ คลื่นวิทยุเป็นสื่อกลาง สมาชิกกระจายตัวอยู่ตามพื้นที่ต่างๆ หากแต่สนใจเรื่องข่าวสารและการจราจรเช่นเดียวกัน ขณะที่โครงสร้างที่สำคัญของชุมชน ได้แก่ 1.สถานีวิทยุ จส.100 2.หน่วยงานต่างๆ ที่ทำงานร่วมกับสถานี 3.ผู้ให้การสนับสนุนสถานี 4.สมาชิกประเภทต่างๆ นอกจากนี้ ยังพบว่า ภายใต้โครงสร้างต่างๆ ของชุมชนก่อให้เกิดปฎิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างส่วนต่างๆ เช่น ปฎิสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง จส.100 กับเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ ปฎิสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง จส.100 กับสมาชิกประเภทต่างๆ หรือปฎิสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง จส.100 กับหน่วยงานต่างๆ เป็นต้น และจากปฎิสัมพันธ์ที่เกิดขึ้นนี้เอง บางครั้งก็ทำให้เกิดความขัดแย้งทั้งภายในชุมชนเสมือนจริง และระหว่างชุมชนเสมือนจริง กับชุมชนกายภาพ และวิธีจัดการกับความขัดแย้งที่เกิดขึ้น คือ การประนีประนอม และการหาแนวทางในการอยู่ร่วมกัน เพื่อให้ชุมชนคงอยู่ได้ต่อไป

The observations from virtual community: A case study of js100 radio’s community

This research reveals firstly the frame work ofvirtual community as of JS 100 radio’s community. Secondly, it reveals the relationship and the various conflicts inside the community. Thirdly, it also reveals the transformation from virtual community to physical community as of JOR.SOR.SOR by using the main idea inspired from the meaning of virtual community and the analysis of the community structure, qualitative methodologies such as literature research, field data collection, in-depth interview with key informants, follow-up and listening JS 100 radio.

The research found that JS 100 radio’s community is a type of virtual community which is not on-line community, but it is the community having mobile phone and radio wave as the media center. Members are from the various parts being interested in traffic news. The important structure of community is 1) JS 100 radio, 2) various sectors coordinated with JS 100 radio, 3) Sponsors, 4) Various types of members. In addition, it is found that within the various structure of community, it causes the interaction among various sectors, such as interaction between JS 100 and police officers, JS 100 and various types of members, JS 100 and various sectors, etc. However, sometime this type of interaction causes either the conflict inside the virtual community or conflict between the virtual community and the physical community. The solution to solve the conflict is to compromise each other and find the way to live peacefully together for the continuation of the community.
