Abstract
Thank You for Being Late: An Optimist’s guide to thriving in the age of accelerations หรือแปลเป็นภาษาไทยว่า “ขอบคุณที่มาสาย : คู่มือสำหรับผู้ที่มองโลกในด้านบวก เพื่อการสร้างความรุ่งเรืองภายใต้ช่วงเวลาแห่งความเร่ง” เรื่องดังกล่าวเป็นเรื่องที่ผู้เขียนได้ใช้เวลาในการค้นคว้าด้วยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้รู้หลายท่านไม่ว่าเป็นนักคิดนักประดิษฐ์ นักวิจัย เจ้าของกิจการทางด้านเทคโนโลยีรวมถึงธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวกับปัญญาประดิษฐ์ต่างๆ รวมถึงนักเศรษฐศาสตร์ และผู้เขียนได้นำข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์เหล่านี้มาแยกแยะและวิเคราะห์เพื่อทำความเข้าใจกับสิ่งต่างๆ รวมถึงการสังเคราะห์เพื่อให้ได้หลักความคิดที่สามารถอธิบายปรากฏการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นในปัจจุบัน หลังจากเมื่อทำความเข้าใจแล้วผู้เขียนก็พยายามใช้ภาษาง่ายๆ เพื่อถ่ายทอดให้ผู้อ่านหนังสือเล่มนี้เกิดความเข้าใจในหลักการ หรือกรอบแนวคิดต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้เข้าใจความเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นในโลกนี้รวมไปถึงผลกระทบของมันต่อการดำรงชีวิตของมนุษย์ด้วย
