บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้กระบวนการยุติธรรมของนิสิตในแต่ละคณะ 2) เพื่อศึกษาตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการรับรู้กระบวนการยุติธรรมของนิสิต และ 3) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงที่มีอิทธิพลกับการรับรู้กระบวนการยุติธรรมของนิสิต โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างจากนิสิต จำนวน 300 คน และวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติ ANOVA, ความถดถอยเชิงพหุ และแบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้าง ผลการศึกษาความถดถอยเชิงพหุ พบว่า หลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ความมั่นใจตนเอง การสื่อสารอย่างสุภาพ และบุคลิกภาพในการสื่อสาร มีความสัมพันธ์โดยตรงกับการรับรู้กระบวนการยุติธรรมของนิสิต และผลการศึกษาแบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้าง พบว่า หลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมีความสัมพันธ์โดยตรงกับการรับรู้กระบวนการยุติธรรม ความมั่นใจตนเอง บุคลิกภาพในการสื่อสาร ความซื่อสัตย์และความไว้วางใจ และการสื่อสารอย่างสุภาพ และมีความสัมพันธ์โดยอ้อมกับการรับรู้กระบวนการยุติธรรม และความซื่อสัตย์และความไว้วางใจ โดยผ่านตัวแปรการสื่อสารอย่างสุภาพ นอกจากนี้ การสื่อสารอย่างสุภาพมีความสัมพันธ์โดยตรงกับกระบวนการยุติธรรม บุคลิกภาพในการสื่อสาร และความซื่อสัตย์และความไว้วางใจ
